用以输送气体、液体、浆状或粒状物料的一类管状橡胶制品。由内外胶层和骨架层组成,骨架层的材料可用棉纤维、各种合成纤维、碳纤维或石棉、钢丝等。一般胶管的内外胶层材料采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶或顺丁橡胶;耐油胶管采用氯丁橡胶耐酸碱,耐高温胶管采用乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶或硅橡胶等。
涵义
胶管,相比软管侧重以高分子化学原料通过硫化等工艺挤压成型的橡胶软管。软管则包括了更大范围的金属软管、波纹管等。
结构

在橡胶软管设计中,需要对所要求的工作压力加上一个安全系数,即最小爆破压力与工作压力之比。安全系数从2 到5 不等,一般为4。橡胶软管,尤其是液压软管,在工作期间,不但要承受因压力而出现的内径增大、缩小和长度伸长、缩短的周期变化,而且还要承受因弯曲变形安装而造成的周期屈挠变化。此外,还存在着所输送的物料和传递动力的介质、气候和环境、高温和低温等对内胶层和外胶层的劣化作用。所有这些因素不但直接影响橡胶软管的使用性能,也影响软管的使用寿命。 |
