本产品应用于FTTH接入系统中的终端接入环节中,特别适用于室外壁挂式或抱箍式条件下使用,本公司现生产有以下几种规格。
2特点及结构说明
2.1箱体材料采用SMC材料制作,使用寿命达到20年以上;
2.2双层结构的设计,上层为光分器配线层,下层为光纤熔接层;
2.3光分器模块采用抽屉式模块化设计,具有很强的互换性和通用性。

为适应市场需求设计的分纤(分光)箱,分为直熔型、适配器型光缆分纤箱和盒式、插片式光缆分光分纤箱。箱体材料采用优质冷轧钢、不锈钢或复合材料。主要适用在FTTH接入方式下的楼道或户外分光点。适用于FTTH的一级或二级分光,二级分光优势特别明显。并且引入了旁路纤接续功能。
直熔型体积小巧,配置多样,特别适合一级分光模式下,放置在楼道、弱电井等场合。
适配器型分纤箱除具有分配线功能,还预留分光功能,可灵活配置各种不同规格的盒式光分路器。
上联光缆:容量16-32光缆出纤:蝶形光缆接SC蝶形光缆尾纤或快速连接头至用户端。进缆方式:室内上进/下进、室外下进。
分纤(分光)箱:适用插片式 适配器直接安装。
插片式光分路器箱,采用模块化设计,具有二个到四(八)个扩展槽位,将光分插片插入插槽即可。通过灵活的增加光分插片数量来实现端口的扩容,不同容量的光分模块具有通用性和互换性。另配置熔纤盘用于上联光缆的接续。尾纤的存储采用用适配器固定,实现了无跳接。箱体材料采用优质冷轧钢或不锈钢。产品主要适用在FTTH接入方式下的楼道分光点。适用于FTTH的一级或二级分光,二级分光优势特别明显。
